Turnkey Internal Mixing Line
The turnkey internal mixing line is a one-stop EPC project for tire factories and rubber goods manufacturers: beginning with capacity calculation and process planning, it covers banbury mixer selection (paired with Yiyang, Dalian Rubber Machinery and other mainstream builders), complete line design of upstream auxiliaries, downstream machines, small-ingredient weighing and the KingView SCADA electrical control system, followed by equipment integration, installation, commissioning and acceptance into production. We orchestrate the whole line around the mixing process: the material flow (rubber, carbon black, oils, small ingredients) is automatically conveyed, weighed and charged, while the information flow (recipes, batches, energy consumption) is centrally managed by the electrical control system to enable one-touch mixing and end-to-end traceability. Greenfield projects follow a “plan once, build in phases” strategy to control capex; retrofit projects target bottleneck stations for precise upgrades to minimize shutdown windows. As an export project specialist, we are experienced with seaworthy export packing, overseas installation & commissioning and technical training procedures, and deliver complete lines with CE certification. Each project runs under a dedicated project manager coordinating design, procurement, installation and commissioning to ensure on-time delivery with ongoing spare parts and overhaul support.
