What does a turnkey internal mixing line EPC include?
Our turnkey internal mixing line EPC covers process planning, internal mixer selection (paired with leading models such as Yiyang and Dalian Rubber & Plastics machines), upstream auxiliary equipment (pneumatic conveying, weighing and feeding), small-ingredient weighing, downstream machines (extrusion sheeting, batch-off cooling line), the main electrical control system (MCC + PLC + KingView SCADA), plus equipment integration, installation and commissioning, production-grade acceptance and technical training. Civil works and public water/power/gas utilities remain the owner’s responsibility; all interface conditions are finalized during the design stage.
How long does a mixing line project take from contract signing to commissioning?
It depends on the line scale and the client’s civil-works progress. For a typical greenfield 270L or 370L single-line project, engineering, manufacturing, installation and commissioning usually take several months in total. Modernization or revamp projects, depending on scope depth, are typically staged during scheduled maintenance windows to minimize downtime. After contract signing we issue a master schedule with all key milestones and update it weekly together with the project manager.

Do you provide overhaul and automation modernization for existing mixing lines?
Yes, absolutely. Our overhaul services include rotor and sealing-system repair, temperature-control upgrades, hydraulic and control-system renewal, all aimed at restoring original capacity and mixing precision. Automation modernization packages cover adding upstream auxiliary machines, automatic small-ingredient weighers and a main electrical control-system upgrade. Each revamp proposal first evaluates the reuse potential of existing equipment in order to keep CAPEX under control and shorten the overall shutdown window.
Do you support overseas installation, commissioning, training and spare parts supply?
Yes, we do. We are familiar with sea-worthy export packaging and documentation coordination for customs clearance at the destination port, and we can dispatch engineers to overseas sites for installation, commissioning and hands-on training for both operators and maintenance personnel. Bilingual (Chinese–English) technical documentation is delivered with the equipment, and we strongly recommend ordering a portion of critical wear parts together with the line to build a local safety stock. In the long run we stand by the client with continuous spare parts supply and remote technical support.

What platform is used for the main electrical control system?
We apply a three-tier architecture: MCC motor-control centre for power distribution, multi-layer PLC logic control, and KingView SCADA for centralized supervision. The platform natively supports recipe management, one-button mixing scheduling, full batch traceability and detailed energy-consumption statistics. For export projects we deliver English or Russian HMI screens on request, and remote-operation and maintenance access can be enabled when the customer’s network and security policy allow.
How do you ensure weighing accuracy and error prevention for small chemicals?
Our automatic small-ingredient weigher covers a single-ingredient range of 0.1–20 kg with standard weighing accuracy up to ±1 g, and even tighter configurations are available depending on material characteristics. Error-prevention mechanisms include QR-code recipe recall, automatic silo positioning, per-ingredient over-tolerance interception during weighing, plus one-code-per-bag data logging. When the batch is finally charged into the internal mixer, the same code is scanned again for cross-checking, creating a double-layer error-proofing loop both at dosing and at charging.
