Weighing & Dosing Systems

Small Ingredients Auto Weighing Cabinet

Model: APX-SIW

The small ingredients auto weighing cabinet is designed for precision weighing of low-dose chemicals — accelerators, antioxidants, sulfur, zinc oxide and more. Single-ingredient capacity ranges 0.1–20 kg with accuracy up to ±1 g (higher precision configurable depending on material properties). It integrates weighing and bag-sealing in one unit; once weighing is complete, a bag is automatically dispensed with recipe and batch information printed on the surface. Built-in error-proofing logic: after the operator scans a barcode to call up a recipe, the system automatically locates the correct hopper and weighs; wrong scans or missed scans are blocked immediately. Every bag’s weighing data is uploaded in real time to form a complete “one bag, one code” record that serves as verification at the downstream mixing charging stage. The unit can be used standalone or networked with a multi-station batching system and an internal mixer upstream small-ingredient line, making it a key piece of equipment for improving compound batch-to-batch consistency. For corrosive or hygroscopic materials, sealed stainless-steel hoppers and dehumidification options are available.
