Rubber Weighing Feeding System
The rubber weighing system performs automated weighing and batching of natural rubber and synthetic rubber bales or strips before mixing charging. It consists of a weighing platform, conveying roller table, rubber cutter interface unit and weighing instrument; cut bales are weighed in-line and the system guides supplementary cutting automatically to hit the recipe target weight, ensuring each batch is accurate. The weighing unit uses high-precision load cells; weighing data is automatically uploaded to the management system and bound with recipe number and batch ID, delivering full traceability at the charging stage. The system can be interlocked with the upstream auxiliaries feed conveyor and automatically delivers batches to the charging position once weighing is complete. Robust in construction and simple to maintain, it is designed for high-intensity continuous production in tire factories and rubber goods plants. For existing workshop retrofits we offer compact weighing layouts that fit into limited floor space.
