Rubber Extruder
Rubber extruders serve for compound extrusion shaping and for feeding a mixing line; both hot-feed and cold-feed versions are available. The screw is machined from high-grade alloy steel and nitrided for long wear life. The barrel is equipped with multi-zone temperature control to maintain precise process temperatures, yielding dense extrudate with stable temperature. Inside a mixing line, extruders are typically paired with sheeters (e.g. Extract-type machines) to extrude compound into a continuous sheet before it enters the batch-off cooling line — a standard configuration in modern turnkey line packages. They also handle pre-form extrusion of profiles like hoses, strips and other shapes. The machine supports speed interlocks with upstream and downstream equipment; material changeover and cleaning are straightforward with low maintenance overhead.
