Open Two-Roll Mixing Mill
The open two-roll mixing mill is used for rubber mastication, compounding, warming and sheeting, and is a fundamental general-purpose machine in any rubber factory. It features a dual-roll structure; the rolls are made of chilled cast iron for wear-resistant surfaces. The nip is adjustable manually or motorized, and the machine is equipped with a stock blender, cutting knife and safety guards to guarantee safe operation and mixing quality. The rolls support multiple temperature-control methods — saturated steam, thermal oil or electric heating — with automatic roll-temperature management to meet process demands of different polymer types. The main motor has ample power, paired with a hardened-gear planetary reducer for smooth running and strong overload capacity. Models cover roll diameters from 360 to 660 mm; they can serve as warming / feeding units integrated into a mixing line, or operate standalone for small-batch mixing and laboratory use. Export models support CE marking and come with E-stop buttons, pull-cord safety stops and other required safety features.
