Multi-Station Auto Dosing System
The multi-station auto dosing system automates weighing and batching of small powder and granular ingredients for high-volume mixing production, supporting 10 to 40 simultaneous ingredient types. It uses a rotary carousel or overhead gantry layout; each station corresponds to one ingredient hopper. According to the recipe, the system automatically dispatches the right station to weigh out, and a dosing cart on a circular track collects ingredients from each station in sequence. Equipped with recipe management software, it auto-executes recipes delivered via barcode or system dispatch, performing step-by-step error-proof verification on each ingredient to eliminate omissions, mis-additions and out-of-tolerance weights. Weighing data is bound to batches and archived automatically, with MES integration supported for complete traceability across the batching stage.
