
Electrical Control & SCADA System
The electrical central control system is the “brain” of the mixing workshop, built on a three-tier architecture: MCC motor control center at the distribution level, hierarchical PLC control at the device level, and KingView SCADA for supervision. At the bottom tier each stand-alone PLC runs its own closed loop; the middle MCC tier handles centralized power distribution and protection; at the top tier KingView delivers workshop-wide equipment status, recipe management, energy statistics and fault diagnostics. The system supports one-touch mixing scheduling: according to the mixing process it automatically coordinates start/stop sequences and interlocks across the banbury mixer, upstream auxiliaries, downstream machines and the small-ingredient line. Recipe, batch and weighing data are centrally archived, enabling batch traceability and output of production / energy reports to underpin lean manufacturing initiatives. We perform electrical system upgrades for older mixing workshops: after an audit of existing circuits we switch over in phases to minimize downtime. For export projects we provide English/Russian operator interfaces and remote maintenance access for faster after-sales response.
