Downstream Auxiliaries

Batch-Off Cooling Line

Model: APX-BCL

The batch-off cooling line is the core downstream auxiliary of a mixing line. It interfaces with the extrusion sheeter to perform sheet calendaring, release agent coating, hanging-frame cooling and winding/stacking. Rubber sheets are cycled multiple times on the hanging rack under forced-air cooling from fans, bringing exit temperature within the next-process requirement, while release agent is evenly applied to prevent sticking. Line speed is automatically matched to banbury mixer capacity with variable-frequency drives, and the whole unit is interlocked with the mixer and sheeter so no manual intervention is needed during a mixing cycle. The optimized hanging-rack structure keeps sheets running smoothly without dropping; winding or stacking mode can be selected according to downstream process needs. An energy-saving optimization package is optional, grouping fan start-stop and VFD control to cut operating power consumption. Export models support CE marking with safety guards and E-stop layouts conforming to overseas standards. We provide capacity-matching selection calculations for mainstream banbury mixers and complete line installation & commissioning.
