Banbury Upstream Feeding System
The internal mixer upstream auxiliaries system covers automated conveying, weighing and charging of four material streams — rubber compound, carbon black, process oils and small powder ingredients — forming the core automation unit of the mixing workshop. It automatically executes recipes dispatched from the supervisory computer: weighed rubber is conveyed and charged via belt conveyor, carbon black enters the weigh hopper through pneumatic conveying, process oils are precisely injected by metering pumps, and pre-weighed small ingredients are dropped in a single batch. Deeply interlocked with the banbury mixer control system, it coordinates charging sequence, timing and mixing process curves to achieve one-touch mixing. Stable weighing accuracy, combined with barcode or recipe management software, enables full batch traceability from start to finish. We deliver upstream auxiliary schemes for mainstream 270L and 370L tipping and rotary banbury mixers, suitable both for new complete lines and retrofit of existing workshops. Retrofit projects maximize reuse of in-place equipment and minimize the total shutdown window.
